how to change a headlight on a 04 gsxr 600?How to change a headlight on a 04 gsxr 600?It shouldn't be that bad. I had a 2005 gsxr 600 that i completely rebuilt. This one is almost the same as every other jap bike.

If i remember the headlight is bolted to the inside of the front fairing. with four screws.

1. have someone help you hold it.

2. unbolt front fairing

3 undo gauge harness and headlight harness hook ups

4 remove headlight.

Reach behind the fairing.

Peel off the rubber cover and unplug the connector from the bulb.

There is a spring clip - bend it to un-hook it from the headlight.

Pull the bulb out of the headlight.
